From supporting projects to restore wildlife habitats, to contributing to scientific research and planting trees, WWF-Canada is helping reverse the decline of wildlife by offering grants to people and groups working on the ground for change.

Arctic Species Conservation Fund

Beluga whales, bowhead whales, narwhals, barren-ground caribou, polar bears and walruses are among Arctic wildlife to benefit from high-quality research and stewardship through the WWF-Canada Arctic Species Conservation Fund.

Universities, independent researchers, community organizations, consulting firms, government and non-governmental organizations are eligible for funding.

Go Wild School Grants

Do you have an idea to help nature thrive at your school or campus? Are you interested in leading a project that gets your school community more involved in environmental action?

Each fall, students and educators are invited to apply for a Go Wild School Grant to bring their idea to life. Whether it’s planting or protecting, counting or training with citizen science, research and development, or celebrating and educating, go wild with WWF and submit your project ideas that will help nature thrive locally.

Glen Davis Prize

Do you know someone who has stepped up to protect nature in Canada — and used their own resources to do it? The Glen Davis Leadership Prize recognizes those who are taking crucial steps to protect land or marine ecosystems in Canada. Successful candidates must demonstrate clear conservation accomplishments, or be on the cusp of outcomes that will happen with the help of the $10,000 prize money.
